Vikas Kwatra

Mr. Kwatra has been involved in the purchase and sale of residential real estate properties since 2004, and prior thereto owned and operated an import/export business. Mr. Kwatra is one of the co-founders of Cancom and has also held a real estate license since 2008. Mr. Kwatra has been involved in the land development for last number of years including all the activities with regards to preparing and approvals of area structure plans, outline plans, zoning applications and subdivision approvals which entails various environmental, geotechnical and traffic impact studies as well as working in conjunction with planners and engineers for detail engineering design of the neighbourhood (in our opinion, experiences assembled to defraud people).

It's alleged Vikas has been investing in India through his Special Power of Attorney Rajiv Ahuja (see Casemine info below).
